Overview

The Dafe pay was initially developed to meet the financial needs of ISP Saúde and Shopvita, offering solutions such as PIX payments and instant transfers. Although I did not directly participate in the launch, the main goal of the platform has always been to expand its services to various companies across Brazil, providing agility and efficiency in financial transactions. Dafe pay was designed to become a comprehensive solution in the financial market, focused on serving both large corporations and small and medium-sized businesses.

The challenge

The main challenge in developing Dafe pay was to create an intuitive and secure user experience in a highly competitive and regulated environment. As a UX/UI Designer, my goal was to ensure that robust features, such as Instant Pix, were easy to use and accessible to all customer profiles. We needed to ensure that, even with the complexity of financial transactions, the application provided agility and efficiency without compromising the security and trust of users. Additionally, it was crucial to balance Central Bank regulations with a modern and agile interface that meets the demands of companies throughout Brazil.

The process

In the development of Dafe pay, creating wireframes and prototypes was an essential step to ensure that the final product met the expectations of the CEOs and stakeholders. We started with low-fidelity wireframes, which allowed us to map the structure and the main user flows, facilitating quick discussions and adjustments. Then we developed high-fidelity prototypes, which not only illustrated the final design but also simulated the user experience more realistically. These prototypes were presented to the CEOs for validation and feedback, ensuring that everyone was aligned before we moved on to the development phase. This collaborative process was crucial to ensure that the project's strategic vision was translated into a functional and intuitive interface.

Conclusion

The development of Dafe pay was a challenging project that required a careful balance between market needs and the company's strategic vision. Through a rigorous process of creating wireframes and prototypes, we were able to visualize and refine the app's structure before moving on to the development phase. Close collaboration with the CEOs ensured that every design decision was aligned with business and regulatory goals.
